with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion
University in 1984 and he earned a Master of Engineering Management

Lew has been active in the Boy Scouts of America for more than 30 years
earning his Eagle Scout at the age of 13 and then serving in many different scout leader positions after becoming an adult.
